Legos have evolved in my family from a creative kid activity too much more as my family has evolved. Lego became the go-to family activity as I struggled to find new ways to bring everyone around one activity to have that elusive talking and bonding experience that you, many parents of young adults, are looking for. I believe I found it in Lego Art and Lego Idea collections; these
collections have amazing projects. The World map did take family a significant amount of time for the 3 of us to work together; it was a slow and steady project that brought us all to the table working together. As a family project, because the map is made up of many individual tiles, this gives everyone an opportunity to work together easily. The build book has extra pieces and ideas to personalize the map to your family and experience.
I would encourage you to walk back into the Lego store or click your way back into the Lego store and see what calls to you. It has been a pleasant evolution from something I considered evil when I stepped on them barefooted to something that brings me joy. So channel the joy and discover Legos again,
